You will only be permitted to tryout if you meet the NCAA guideline for tryouts (Bylaws 13.11.2.1 and 17.02.13) which will be determined by the compliance coordinator. Fill out tryout form -  Tryout Form If you select "None of the Above" in the last section please call Natalie Lockhart at (310) 243-2819. If you are currently on a community college team for the 2012-13 season, you ARE NOT permitted to tryout. Obtain a pre-participation exam form and get a physical from a medical physician no earlier than 6 months prior to the date of the tryout. Or, if you are a continuing CSUDH student, you can obtain a physical from the student health center (310) 243-3629. However, you must be enrolled for the current semester to schedule an appointment. Bring the completed tryout form and a copy of the physical form to the tryout. Failure to do each step will result in denial to participate in the tryout - NO EXCEPTIONS.
